Our Story

From Buenos Aires
to your plate.

Casa de Empanadas began the way every Argentine kitchen does, with family gathered around the table, hands working dough, a pot of stew on the stove, and a story for every fold. We brought those recipes from the streets of Buenos Aires to Lake Forest so our neighbors here could taste the real thing.

Every empanada is hand-folded. Every milanesa is breaded to order. The chimichurri is made fresh, the dulce de leche stirred slow. Nothing rushed, nothing pre-made, just the food we grew up eating, served the way our grandmothers would expect.
